Sipping on refreshing beverages for spring

Add the juice of your favorite berries to a pitcher of iced tea, such as raspberries, strawberries or blueberries.


No matter what you eat or if it is a snack or even an entire meal, one thing is very likely: you will want to wash it down with a few sips of a delicious beverage.

As we are likely to get warmer weather for a while, it is important to stay hydrated. I admit that in the winter, I don’t get thirsty as much as I do in warm weather. Having tasty beverages on hand is a great way to make sure that when you are thirsty and want something besides water, there will be a thirst-quenching drink ready for you in the refrigerator.

There are many fresh fruits available in the markets right now, especially berries (although mostly imported), and they make excellent additions to a wide variety of beverages.
