CHP Madera officers responded to a two-vehicle crash, at the intersection of Avenue 25 and Road 9 on July 2, just before 10 a.m.

A 41-year-old woman from Los Banos was driving a white 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, traveling southbound on Road 9, approaching the intersection at Avenue 25.  

A 57-year-old man from Tulare was driving a tractor trailer combination (white Freightliner), traveling eastbound on Avenue 25, also approaching Road 9.
