I am a real fan of Chinese food. For some reason, I have always been fascinated with the whole set up of a Chinese restaurant, as well as the delicious food they prepare.
When I was a teenager, our family used to drive right by a Chinese restaurant on the way to church on Sunday. At that time, there weren’t too many of them in Atlanta, or at least I didn’t know of many. On the way home from church, I begged Daddy to stop at the Chinese restaurant for lunch. Alas, he never stopped.
I love egg rolls, Chinese noodles, fried rice, almond chicken, cashew chicken, and almost all of the other delicious foods on the menu. I don’t know of any other type of restaurant that has more variety than does a Chinese joint.
