Stallions can’t keep up with McLane

The Madera South Stallions boys basketball team battled with the McLane Highlanders for a quarter, but couldn’t keep up in a North Yosemite League loss at Madera South.
After the first quarter, the Stallions were outscored 75-32 in an 84-40 loss January 16.
The Stallions took an 8-5 lead, but trailed, 9-8, at the end of the first quarter. McLane scored the next 11 points and 15 of the next 16. They added a 12-0 run later in the quarter to turn the game into a blowout.
