After a tough four-set loss to North Yosemite League frontrunners Hoover, the Madera South Stallions girls volleyball team rebounded nicely with a dominant three-set victory over Roosevelt.
The Stallions firmly established themselves as the second-best team in the NYL with a 25-16, 25-20, 25-13 win over the Rough Riders on Thursday.
The Stallions combined for 27 kills and 13 aces in the three sets.
