Loitering check leads to meth seizure

Madera Police Department Officer Jesse Quintana conducted a check on a male he noticed loitering at Tesei Petroleum. 

Although the male was initially compliant, his behavior changed after he learned he was going to be searched. 

It was at that time that the male, later identified as 47-year-old Yaohui Huang, quickly discarded a box wrapped in a large amount of tape. Huang immediately began to stomp on the box before he was controlled by officers.
