Domestic violence incident ends in felony arrest

The Madera County Sheriff’s Emergency Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call regarding shots fired in the 31000 block of Road 400 in Coarsegold at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday. Dispatch operators could hear a female screaming in the background.

Deputies arrived in the area and located the female victim, who was safely sheltered at a nearby residence. 

The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Forrest Hall, and it was reported that during the confrontation, he fired multiple rounds and left the location in his vehicle.
