Community Action Partnership of Madera County is at 1225 Gill Ave.
Â
Madera’s City Council convened for a special meeting for a public hearing before voting to adopt and approve funding of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2025-26 annual action plan and (HOME) investment partnership program 2025-29 consolidated plan.
As an entitled city grantee under the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Madera is required to adopt a five-year consolidated plan to continue participating in the HUD CDBG and HOME programs.Â
During the time period, local housing and community development needs are analyzed so long-term strategies to address those needs can be developed.
