Calling all authors and illustrators

The Central Valley has quite a number of local authors who are quite talented. I know a few of them. 

Writing is an art, and writers are generally very passionate about their skills and gifts. They love to write.

I have tried my hand at writing, but I don’t consider myself a real writer. I write for this newspaper from time to time, and in this column, we call “Nancy’s Corner,” but this type of writing is just something I do from my heart. I am not a journalist and have not been educated in journalism. I know good grammar and how to spell, but I do not have a passion for writing, like a “real” writer has.
