Inside the Game: Liberty Hawks 35, Chowchilla Tribe 0

Player of the game: Most of the time, Kaleb Roth is the player of the game and he did his part with 101 yards and a touchdown while recording 12 tackles. The Hawks then went on a 17-play drive that went 89-yards and included three Liberty holding penalties so the drive actually went 119 yards. Hoelzel got the Hawks out of a second-and-17 with a 15-yard run and Roth gained three first a first down, but the Hawks were called for holding. Hoelzel then rushed for 11 yards for the first down. On third-and-two, Colton Cardoza ran for three and a first down. Two plays later, Wyatt roth ripped off a 19-yard run. Hoelzel gained six on a third-and-one for a first down. Three plays later, with time running out in the first half, Hoelzel rolled to his left and lobbed a pass into the end zone for Cardoza for the touchdown with seven seconds left in the half for a 14-0 halftime lead.
