A Madera County family has much to be grateful for this season. When their 14-month-old daughter began choking on the soft end of a pacifier, caregivers immediately called 9-1-1. Burglar caught in the act
Madera Police Department weekend night shift officers responded to a burglary alarm at the AT&T Store in the 2200 block of Marketplace Drive. While en route Saturday night, dispatch advised that a male suspect had forced entry into the business and was inside. Winding roads and alcohol are a recipe for disaster
A 46-year-old driver from Seaside lost control of his 1972 GMC C10 while navigating a curve in Madera County on Monday. The truck left the roadway, and came to rest on a descending dirt embankment, on Road 400, near Hensley Lake.
