What’s the truth?

There has been some disturbing news over the past couple weeks. It’s not really unusual for us to hear disturbing news. Every day there is an incident somewhere that makes us cringe. There are murders, fatal accidents, and other events for which people are harmed in a senseless way.

Probably one of the most disturbing incidents we have heard lately is the tragic news of the murder of Charlie Kirk by an irrationally unhinged youth.

We continue to hear opinions and thoughts regarding Charlie Kirk himself. This, too, is disturbing to me. The attacks are on the character of Charlie Kirk, and not all is true. This man was sharing with the world both his opinions and his strong faith in a living God. He was direct, and many cannot deal with the discomfort of directness, not to mention the differing opinions.
