Madera South’s Rafael Sanchez rises up for a tip kill during Thursday’s loss to Roosevelt.
The Madera South Stallions boys volleyball team had its chances, but couldn’t capitalize in a three-set sweep to the Roosevelt Rough Riders at Madera South.
The Stallions lost the three-set match by just nine total points (76-67), but it seemed like the Stallions couldn’t find rhythm the entire night.
After an impressive four-set win earlier in the week to Matilda Torres, the Stallions couldn’t keep Roosevelt at bay.
