Speaking in initials

Computers and electronic devices have made us a bit lazy in both thinking, and in how we conduct our lives. Computers have given us many short-cuts.

We didn’t have computers when I was in high school. There were no word processors. There were no cell phones, no Bluetooth or WIFI.

I learned to type when I was a senior in high school, on a manual typewriter. In our classroom, we had Remington and Royal typewriters. They were not even electric typewriters.
