Madera County Sheriff Tyson Pogue has been sworn in as Second Vice President of the California Peace Officer’s Association Board of Directors.

Sheriff Pogue’s leadership on the state stage ensures that the unique needs and perspectives of Madera County and rural counties have a voice at the table as statewide law enforcement policies and priorities are shaped.

The Madera County Sheriff’s Office was also honored to host law enforcement leaders from across California for this special ceremony, held at our headquarters during CPOA’s annual business meeting.
