Fresno don’t want it on Herndon. I agree. That area is a growing disaster. If anywhere up there, why not off Veterans Boulevard?

HSR is decades out and we have a new span over the San Joaquin River. Convert it to the Costco Expressway. Build Costco and expand 99. By the time HSR needs it, we can give it back to them.
