Enjoy chef-prepared appetizers at the station before boarding the historic steam train for an open-air ride and live jazz in the Sierra National Forest.


FISH CAMP — The Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad announced the return of the Yosemite Jazz Train for the 2025 season with Tommy Castro & The Pain Killers kicking off the series on May 18 at 3 p.m. This experience blends world-class live jazz with a scenic train journey through the Sierra National Forest.


Scheduled on select Sundays from May 18 through October 12, the Jazz Train invites guests to step back in time aboard the historic, open-air steam train and enjoy performances from top-tier jazz musicians.
