Wanted subject arrested

In April, a bench warrant was issued for Kyle Thomas Clarkson for violating the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision.

Despite several attempts to evade capture, including a foot pursuit in Oakhurst, the 31-year-old was safely taken into custody on September 22 after deputies received a community tip about his location.

The Madera Special Enforcement Team set up surveillance ,and executed a search warrant. After 30 minutes of negotiation, Clarkson surrendered without incident.
