Cogir Cedar Creek Senior Living was in celebration mode again, as Madera County Supervisor Robert Poythress made a presentation and short speech honoring Bill and Bea Jones on their 80 years of marriage.

Residents and guests were gathered in the Redwood Room, ready to have another time of honor for the amazing couple.

“I read this article in The Madera Tribune about this wonderful couple that had been married 80 years,” Poythress said. “I’m thinking, ‘Okay, there’s a misprint here. First of all, I looked at their picture, and I said, ‘There’s no way they can be that old.’”
