The Madera South Stallions knew they had a challenge with the Roosevelt Rough Riders in North Yosemite League play Friday.
The Rough Riders outscored Madera South 41-18 in the second half to cruise to a 70-36 victory.
Madera South didn’t have a player score in double figures, but had six different players score. Briannah Lorta led the Stallions with nine points and 10 rebounds. Mayrlin Vasquez added eight and Michelle Corona had seven.
