Stallion girls place second at DeWitt

Members of the Madera South girls cross country team celebrate a second place finish at the Dennis DeWitt Invitational that was held on the Madera South cam[pus for the first time.

After a change in venue, the Madera South-hosted DeWitt Invitational featured a second place overall finish for the Stallion girls and a second place overall for Valorie Jimenez.

The Stallions competed in the 21st annual Dennis DeWitt Invitational on the Madera South campus last Saturday.

Jimenez was just 0.4 seconds out of taking the top overall time.
