Pedestrian struck by train

Madera Police Department Officers responded to the area of Gateway Drive and Olive Avenue following a report that a pedestrian may have been struck by a train July 15.
Upon arrival, officers found a female who was struck by a passing train.
She sustained injuries and was transported to a local area hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment.
