Late rally leads to Toros’ win

The Matilda Torres Toros used a two-run seventh inning rally to spoil the Madera South baseball team’s Senior Night Celebration at Eddie Chapa Field.


The Toros scored two runs in the top of the seventh inning for a 7-6 victory Friday night to record their first win over the Stallions.


Joseph Bass tossed 1 1/3 scoreless innings to pick up the victory. Madera South’s Micah Warden suffered the loss on the mound.
