Gunshot victim dies

The Madera Police Department received several calls of shots fired in the 300 block of South L Street, in the City of Madera. 

Officers responded to the area and located a 28-year-old Hispanic male in the front yard of a residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds Wednesday at about 3:30 p.m.

Officers performed life saving measures, along with fire and paramedic personnel. But, the male victim succumbed to his injuries.
