The Madera County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau, in coordination with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), has arrested 30-year-old James Allen Beavers, a United States Army Sergeant, in connection with the possession and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) within Madera County.
This case began with a NCMEC Cyber Tip generated in December 2024. After several months of investigation, including the execution of multiple search warrants and recovery of electronic evidence, detectives identified Beavers as the primary suspect.
A second Cyber Tip, originating from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey, further connected Beavers to CSAM activity, also committed in Madera County.
