While making an arrest on Andrew Biscay for impersonating a peace officer, Madera County Sheriff’s Office deputies searched his vehicles and found a fake U.S. Marshal’s badge and uniform, a self-made baton, a flashing amber light, along with other self-made items.
Madera County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a family disturbance on the 22000 block of Avenue 12 at about 9 a.m on Friday.
At the residence, deputies attempted to detain 40-year-old Andrew Biscay for outstanding warrants related to vandalism and impersonating a peace officer.
Biscay resisted arrest but was safely taken into custody after a brief struggle.
