The City of Madera has launched a new website and app for mobile devices, MyWater Madera, that allows residents to digitally track and manage their water usage and utility accounts.
Features include monitoring water usage patterns, utility account management and bill payments, water conservation tips, and information on water rebates.
For those using a smartphone, the app also enables “streamlined” reporting of infrastructure issues, such as potholes, water leaks or waste, street light outages, damaged waste or recycling bins, and more.
Residents will have to register free accounts to use the website or app.
The free mobile application is available on both iOS and Android platforms and can be installed on a user’s mobile device by searching “MyWater Madera” in those device’s respective app stores.
The web portal can be accessed at any time by visiting mywater.cityofmadera.ca.gov.
