Born Sept. 1, 1941, in Aberdeen, South Dakota, to Anton Bullock and Keitha (Reed) Bullock. Kay was the second of 6 siblings. Madera County Library received a grant for $4.6 million from the California State Library’s Building Forward Library Infrastructure Project. MPD makes arrest
Madera Police Officers responded to the 400 block of N. Schnoor Ave. regarding a traffic collision. Upon arrival Saturday evening, the officer located a single vehicle collision that nearly caused the vehicle to be overturned. The driver, 35-year-old Thomas Bangoura, was found uninjured, but heavily intoxicated. Thomas provided a breath sample that was over three times the legal blood alcohol content limit (.08).
