Valley Champions Toros to host kick-off dinner

The defending Div. V Central Section champion, the Matilda Torres Toros, will host a kick-off dinner, on August 17 at the Madera Municipal Golf Course Banquet room. 

The dinner is the Toros’ biggest fund raiser of the year. It will feature a silent auction, raffles, and a dessert auction. 

“It has sold out the past two years and it’s getting bigger each year. We had 160 last year and we sold out. We’re hoping for 200 people,” said organizer Angelina Diaz.
