Madera Police Officer Salvador Zaragoza takes Richard Morales into custody after Morales led Zaragosa on a chase after a traffic stop.

Madera Police Officer Salvador Zaragoza monitored traffic at N. Lake Street and E. Lincoln Avenue on Monday afternoon. 

Officer Zaragoza observed a Chevy pickup truck drive through the intersection at about 25 M.P.H., without stopping for the posted stop sign.

Zaragoza tried to conduct a traffic stop with the driver, later identified as Richard Morales.
