Roll out the cranberries

It is easy to make delicious cranberry sauce from fresh or frozen whole cranberries.

 

Besides being bright and colorful, cranberries are delicious and very good for your health. I love that you can get cranberries in the form of juice, fresh and dried, which increases their versatility.


Holiday time is upon us, and even though we need to eat every day of the year, holiday meals offer the chance to make them a little (or a lot) more special. I made pumpkin muffins for Halloween breakfast, like I do every year, so now that Thanksgiving looms ahead, it’s time to start considering what specialties I would like to make.


I hope you transitioned well to the time change. I am not a fan of Daylight Savings Time, so when it comes around again next Spring, I will be grumbling a lot.
