A group of Madera South High School athletes show off the items they received during the Project Run Madera distribution.

For the fourth year, Project Run Madera helped out all three middle school and high school track athletes with a bag of gear this week.

PRM founder Alisha Brown hosted a giveaway day Tuesday at Madera South, and gave away approximately 400 bags of gear that included shoes, shirts and socks with sports bras to the girls.

“It’s officially the fourth year, but I’ve done nine years of these giveaways,” she said.
