Madera Unified staff and volunteers serve meals to district family members on November 23 at Madera South High School.

Madera Unified School District and staff served approximately 1,200 meals to school district family members, thanks to donations from local companies, that prefer to remain anonymous, and community members.
The event at Madera South High School featured a full hot meal and visit from Santa, who had gifts and treats for kids.
Local donors provided gift cards and prize baskets for a raffle. All the leftover meals were provided to local organizations for distribution.
