Following Wednesday night’s illegal gun arrest by Officer Arnold, Officers Jeremy Trinh and Brian Rosas remained busy throughout Wednesday evening.
Officer Rosas conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. Central Avenue and S. E Street. The driver, Sergio Hernandez-Cruz, was contacted, and exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication. Officer Rosas conducted a DUI investigation, and Hernandez-Cruz was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.Â
K-9 Officer Trinh responded to the area of Sunrise Avenue and Tozer Street regarding a report of a vehicle that had collided with a traffic signal pole. The driver, Javier Santis, was contacted, and showed signs of alcohol intoxication. Officer Trinh conducted a DUI investigation, which led to Santis’ arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
