Madera County launches waste study

Madera County has launched a comprehensive study of the County’s solid waste management program.

The study will be conducted by an independent consulting firm and informed by input from Madera County stakeholders and community members, which aims to provide an in-depth analysis of current solid waste practices and identify opportunities for improvement. 

The study will examine a wide range of issues related to waste management, including waste reduction, recycling, composting, and landfill operations. The study will also analyze the economic and environmental impacts of current practices and evaluate the feasibility of alternative waste management strategies.
