What started as a favor to the school where she was working turned into a career that has extended into 33 years in Madera County for new Madera County Superintendent of Schools, Tricia Protzman. 


Protzman took over for the retiring Cecilia Massetti in June, and will continue the four-year term for which Massetti was elected. 


“Cece has left a legacy,” Protzman said. “She left MCSOS in a position with a standard of excellence and we want to continue to build on it.
