Liberty star headed to LaVerne

Liberty football and wrestling standout Talan LaMattina is all smiles after signing his National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of LaVerne in Los Angeles. With LaMattina are his father Nathan and mother Bresha Harlow.

For the past three years, Liberty Hawks’ Talan LaMattina has been torturing opposing offenses.

In fact, some of them were probably in the stands during Liberty’s commencement ceremonies just to make sure LaMattina walked and got that diplona. 

“When I was on the field, I was the best and everyone knew it,” LaMattina said.
