Letters: Questioning Dems plan for America

Well, here we go again, responding to another submission to the Tribune that attempts to smear the Republican Party and its members. The term “MAGA” simply means “Make America Great Again.”

There is much hatred for Donald Trump and the Republicans efforts to accomplish that. Those on the left attempt to block every effort. Many of my friends and I consider ourselves to be Patriotic Americans who love this country and are disheartened by the efforts to make the country immoral and unlawful. We are also conservative, Christian and law-abiding citizens. I have been called a racist, child molester, pedophile and every swear name in the book by members of the left simply because they cannot tolerate someone else’s opinion. They believe in 1st amendment rights as long as it agrees with theirs.

I may be wrong, but I have yet to hear someone on the left brag about what they can do that would be a benefit to Americans and what their plan is for the country. It’s always Trump this and Trump that. In a previous letter, an author did mention that it would benefit America if we allowed 11 million illegal aliens to become citizens. I, personally, think this would be a detriment as it would reward people for breaking the law and be a tremendous strain on the taxpayers.
