Kidnapping suspect in police custody

Madera Police announced the apprehension of kidnapping suspect Otis McKinzy after he was arrested by Elk Grove Police Department.

Madera Police Department sent out an alert Wednesday evening — they were on the look out for a suspect in a carjacking/kidnapping case of a female in her 50s in Madera. 

The victim was secured from McKinzy, and was reunited with family Wednesday night. However, McKinzy is on parole and a registered sex offender.
