Imperial Jewelry owner Sadek “David” Alammari gets a hug from Madera Chamber of Commerce CEO Debi Bray during a grand opening ceremony on March 6.

In the heart of downtown Madera, a new jewelry store has opened its doors, Imperial Jewelry.

Unlike other jewelry stores, they strive to bring unique pieces from around the world, offering them just down the street. From 10K to 24K gold, Sadek “David” Alammari wants to show Madera that luxury jewelry isn’t reserved for celebrities in Los Angeles. He also plans to provide repairs and custom pieces for customers.

Alammari, was born and raised in Fresno, but spent much of his time in Madera, where he grew to love the city, the community, and the people. During the summer, he worked at his uncle’s arcade, Mi Casa Arcade.
