Members of the Homeless Engagement and Assistance Response Team (H.E.A.R.T.) continue their dedicated efforts to engage with Madera County’s unhoused population.

On average, team members make 20 direct contacts per day, offering support and building trust within the community.

Each interaction includes information about available services, including shelter options, mental health resources, substance abuse programs, medical care, and pathways to housing.
