Coyotes place fourth at Liberty

Madera 138-pounder Anjelo Reyes works his Chowchilla opponent into a pinning position during the Mad Ranch Duals on Saturday at Liberty. Madera ended up fourth in the nine-team duals tournament.

 

The Madera Coyotes sent a second team to the Mad Ranch Duals at Liberty and came away with a fourth place finish.


The Coyotes went 3-2 on Saturday in duals with their two losses coming by a combined six points.


Meanwhile, host Liberty went 2-2 in the tournament with wins over Justin Garza and Central. The Hawks lost duals to El Diamante and champion San Marino.
