Coyotes finish sweep of Panthers, Warriors walk-off Madera South

The Madera Coyotes completed the season sweep over the San Joaquin Memorial-Fresno Panthers with a 4-0 victory at SJM.


The Coyotes banged out eight hits and scored all of their runs in the sixth inning for the victory Friday afternoon.


The Coyote pitching staff of starter Mark Huarte and reliever Jaydian Chavira scattered eight Panthers’ hits for the win. Huarte got the start and went 4 2/3 innings with six hits and four strikeouts. Chavira picked up the win by allowing just two hits over the final 2 1/3 innings.
