Madera’s next Chief of Police Gino Chiaramonte presents retiring Madera Chief of Police Dino Lawson with a shadow box of badges representing Lawson’s 37 year career. The presentation was made during a luncheon on Wednesday.
In honor of retiring Madera Chief of Police Dino Lawson, a barbecue was held at the Madera Police Department.
Zak and Linda Zacharia arranged the Wednesday lunch-time barbecue, with the help of the Knights of Columbus, and Saint Joachims Catholic Church.
The Madera Police Department, City Council, and others in the community participated in program.
