Madera District Fair recognized with a Gold Star ranking

Madera District Fair has been recognized as a 2017 Gold Star Winning Fair by Western Fair Association Service Members for “their care and consideration of service members and thoughtful, post-fair communication.”

WFA Service members are the business partners of fairs, comprised of entertainers, food vendors, commercial exhibitors, carnival, and those who supply the fairs and fellow service members.

“The annual fair’s success is largely due to a wonderful partnership with service members that bring ‘big time fun’ every September for four magical days to our community,” said Barbara Leach, Madera District Fair events coordinator.

“To be recognized by our partners is an absolute honor.”
