After losing its first game of the District 10 All-Star tournament, the Madera National 11-12-year-old All-Star team ripped off four straight victories, including a dominating victory over Reedley to advance to the semifinals.
Madera National lost their first game on a walk-off single to Reedley. Madera National exacted a measure of revenge Thursday in Madera with a 16-1 victory over the same Reedley team to advance.
Madera National gained momentum heading into their next game on Wednesday against the Madera American/Selma loser from the District 10 winner’s bracket game on Tuesday. They have won their last two games by a combined 28-2 score after a 12-1 win over Sierra Mountain Little League-Oakhurst.
