Accounting firm plays host at new offices

Sousa and Company, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, of Chowchilla, celebrated the opening of its new offices at 209 S. 4th St. Thursday with a reception that included a buffet and the awarding of door prizes.
The company previously was located on Robertson Boulevard.
The accountants of all the firm’s offices are available for consultation and accounting services, for corporate, partnership and sole proprietorship business structures, as well as for individuals.
The firm also handles federal and state taxes and payroll.
Nancy W. Simpson, CPA, who has been with the Chowchilla location about eight years, manages the Chowchilla office. She lives in Madera.
The firm, which also has offices in Visalia and Paso Robles, is owned by Dave Sousa, CPA, of Tulare. Sousa was on hand for the reception, as was his wife, Darlene, who also works with the firm.
