Both the Madera South Stallions and the Matilda Torres Toros picked up North Yosemite League victories Wednesday.
The Toros scored three goals in a six minute span, and didn’t stop in a 9-0 win over Fresno. Madera South scored a goal in both halves for a 2-0 win over Hoover.
Matilda Torres 9, Fresno 0
Emma Velasquez recorded a hat trick (three goals) while Elihanna Gallegos and Nicolle Ruiz scored a pair of goals in the runaway victory.
