Retired Madera County Superintendent of Schools Assistant Superintendent Dianna Marsh.

The State Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) honored Madera County Superintendent of Schools Assistant Superintendent Dianna Marsh as its Curriculum and Instruction Administrator of the Year at their annual Leadership Summit.

Marsh spent more than three decades as an educator and administrator serving students throughout Madera County. As Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, she provided leadership and oversight in district LCAPs, Differentiated Assistance, the Early Education Center, social-emotional learning, professional development for staff, and much more.

Marsh was honored on November 4 at the summit in San Diego.

Dr. Massetti commented, “Her entire career has been about giving her best so that others can succeed,” said Madera County Superintendent of Schools Cecilia Massetti.

Marsh’s educational career began as a substitute teacher in the Madera and Chowchilla Elementary School Districts. She taught for 17 years in the Chowchilla Elementary School District before joining MCSOS.

Seeing her former students who have become teachers, nurses, parents, police officers, firepersons and even school administrators makes Marsh proud of the work she has accomplished throughout her career.
