Maderan writes children’s book

Working with special needs children inspired Madera’s Jaime Nungaray to write a children’s book.

“The concept came from working with the kids,” he said. “I always looked at them like a superhero. I always felt like they didn’t look at me any differently. There were times through my life when I would go through things. We’re always complaining about bills and stress. Then, I work with children with disabilities that suffer, but they have smiles on their faces. They are happy. That motivated and inspired me to continue what I was doing.”

Nungaray works as a health aide at a school and deals with special needs children on a daily basis. His book is titled “A Place for Superheroes: The Life of Chepe,” and is available on Amazon.
